Jonathan Bardzik, a storyteller, cook and author. He is inspired by the fresh, seasonal ingredients from when he grew up with from my parents’ garden and that he finds today at local markets. Jonathan is the author of three cookbooks, have shared stories and cooked with more than 700 live audiences, appear monthly on DC area morning news shows and my new tv show, Jonathan’s Kitchen, on Amazon Prime Video.

Cassie Womack started in the industry in 2007 at a part time at a small cafe in Landmark mall. In 2014, she wanted to run a bar program, so she moved into the DC scene to run Union Market Bidwell's drink program and has been there for almost 7 years. Cassie is also the founder of In’Amorata of Mixology, which focuses on the hand’s education of mixology. Cassie aspires to own her own bar where she can continue to create memories, experiences and relationships!
