    Have a fun, hands-on learning experience within a multi-family construction environment. Our 12-week internship mirrors our entry-level Construction Project Engineer role that is responsible for:

    Preconstruction/Estimating

    • Intern will be exposed to cost estimating, planning site logistics and scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.
    • Prepare bid packages, scope and level bid proposals.
    • Develop and maintain project matrices for historical data.
    • Assist with drawing & document coordination and reviews. This would entail keeping project documents organized, and distributing documents to all parties involved as well as reviewing documents for completeness.

    Project Management

    • Intern will be exposed to project budgets, contracts and attending Owner meetings.
    • Assist the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in their daily tasks.
    • Compile, present and track submittals and submittal correspondence to the design consultants, subcontractors, owners and owner representatives.
    • Assist with maintain a complete set of contract documents at the site including all plans, specifications, communications, RFIs, submittals, addendums, ASIs, ASKs, etc.
    • Price miscellaneous items related to the budget or Pending Change Orders.
    • Compile and submit RFIs to design consultants and distribute responses from design consultants.
    • Record meeting minutes of all project meetings.

    Field Engineering

    • Intern will be exposed to monitoring the activity at construction sites by ensuring construction progresses as scheduled and contract specifications are adhered to.
    • Assist the Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in their daily tasks.
    • Assist with punch-list and project close-out activities.
    • Assist with the coordination of subcontractors both daily and through a two week look ahead.
    • Assist in the preparation of daily field reports, notes and meeting minutes.
    • Tracking and reporting of contact timing, deliverables and schedules.
    • Assist with the maintenance on site of an accurate and up-to-date as-built set of drawings.

    What You Bring to Us:

    • A graduate or undergraduate student who is enrolled in an engineering program (civil, architecture, mechanical) or construction management program.
    • Strong interest in construction, real estate, architecture and/or development.
    • Strong computer skills (Excel) including scheduling software.
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret all types of contract documents relating to construction of property, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to contribute to a variety of projects for Bozzuto’s corporate brand creative department. The selected candidate will have a passion for thoughtful, clean, contemporary design, typography, and emotive photography. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer and working closely with the creative copy team, marketing team and external agencies, this role will help translate marketing and brand strategies into deliberate and stunning visuals in print, digital and sometimes experiential media.

    As the Graphic Design Intern, your primary responsibilities include:

    • Develop and executes a variety of design solutions for Bozzuto’s company divisions including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, email graphics, print ads and digital banner ads. You’ll also help with the design and production of our quarterly magazine, the BUZZ.
    • Identify, creates, sharpens, and evolves brand vision and design standards
    • Partner with other team members (copy team, marketing managers, communications department, CMO, etc) in the spirit of “One Bozzuto” to drive the business forward.
    • Assist with the cleanup and upkeep of the Digital Asset Management system
    • Assist with the tracking, management and documentation of project requests and team capacity

    What You Bring to Us:

    Responsibilities

    Marketing Implementation

    • Understand unique marketing needs of specific properties and support implementation of approved marketing plans
    • Research various marketing needs and provide ideas/recommendations
    • Create prospect email campaigns – write copy, select images, QA, analyze and identify best practices
    • Help maintain and update web content for property websites, Bozzuto.com and all internet listings
    • Perform audits of each property’s web presence and make revisions as needed to copy, images etc
    • Provide recommendations on special projects and assist with branding initiatives including but not limited to: property websites, collateral, signage, promo items, digital ads, etc.

    Lead Management and Tracking

    • Use tracking tools, such as phone numbers and tracking URLs to effectively monitor campaign success
    • Ensure correct source attribution by ongoing testing of tracking numbers, urls, emails.
    • Closely follow occupancy and lead generation performance for assigned properties
    • Provide reporting and analysis of lead generation and website traffic data including insights & recommendations

    What You Bring to Us:

    • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in progress
