Primary Responsibilities:
Bozzuto Management Company is seeking a Budget and Financial Analyst to perform duties for the Client Services Analyst Team. Analyst output is the cornerstone of work done by others to attract and secure new clients: RFP, pitch, and presentation delivery. The Analyst partners with our Business Development Team and works in collaboration with colleagues in Property Operations, Retail, Development, and Asset Management. The candidate will provide reports and information to help investors make smart decisions regarding real estate investments. The candidate will be a part of an energetic client service environment, and will have the opportunity to master skills while working alongside teammates and close business partners.
As the Budget & Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities include:
- Research real estate markets to assess revenue and operating expenses
- Analyze financial trends to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Prepare, update, and maintain multi-year multi-family residential and mixed-use budgets
- Ensure data integrity of all real estate reports
- Partner with property management leadership to create, manage & oversee client deliverables
What You Bring to Us:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science, or engineering
- 1+ years of experience in finance or analytics
- Enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial statement analysis
- Familiarity with residential and mixed-use property operations
- IT literacy (basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Genuine interest in Real Estate
