Baltimore Business Journal: Bozzuto Development Co. Taps Parent Company Scion as President

Toby Bozzuto has been named president of Bozzuto Development Co., a Greenbelt real estate firm which has developed a range of housing projects in Greater Baltimore.
Bozzuto Development is a subsidiary of the Bozzuto Group, a combination of six companies including Bozzuto Management Co. and Bozzuto Land Co. The company is run by Thomas S. Bozzuto, who is also the father of Toby Bozzuto.
“Toby brings a tremendous level of industry knowledge to Bozzuto Development Co.,” Bozzuto Group Chief Operating Officer Rick Mostyn said in a statement. “His innovative approach to development has been integral to the continued success of the organization and we are thrilled to have him lead the company.”
Toby Bozzuto, formerly a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase, joined the company in 2001 and oversees the company’s apartment development operations. Bozzuto, who previously served as executive vice president, replaces former president Thomas A. Baum.
Baum, president of Bozzuto Development since 2003, will continue to serve as head of the company’s home building operation, Bozzuto Homes Inc.
