Digital Marketing Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

You are eager to research, uncover and present insights to our marketing team and leadership. You will enable data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to enhance Bozzuto’s marketing performance by leveraging paid, social, email, and CRM data.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist analytics managers on large-scale projects, including aggregating data, data hygiene, formatting, and mapping data, as well as analyzing results.
  • Assist in creating digital marketing measurement and optimization plans, such as assist executing website performance analysis, conducting AB tests, and evaluating potential new products for our digital marketing tech stack.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and collaborate effectively with a variety of partners and vendors.
  • Design, develop and maintain marketing reports to illustrate digital marketing performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot anomalies in lead volume, lead source attribution, and lead conversion issues.
  • Draft research plan, project brief, and executive summaries for upper management
  • Identify and evaluate the KPIs of marketing performance such as cost per acquisition, ROAS, and media spend.
  • Utilize Google Analytics techniques such as events and parameters to understand website performance and user behaviors.
  • Build strong partnerships with the internal marketing team on digital projects.
  • Be able to communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to marketing leadership, brand, and performance teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong data analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.
  • Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence (Power BI preferred) for large dataset analyses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrable experience in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to collect, organize, and deliver web performance insights.
  • Experience with web analytics infrastructure using Google Analytics Universal Tracking, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to build adoption and influence of insights into the marketing decision-making process.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver great service.
