Primary Responsibilities:

Working for Wye River Insurance, The Senior Account Manager will handle the Client Executive and marketing responsibilities for middle to large property and casualty accounts under the direction and in collaboration with a Senior Client Executive, and the President of Wye River. This role will help assess the risk management needs of prospects and clients and will market new and renewal accounts.

As a Senior Account Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Effectively maintain accurate execution of policy details for claims department by proactively responding to accounting discrepancies, managing the accuracy and timeliness for processing billing, policy renewals & updating details, processing endorsements, and audits.
  • Provide consistent quality service to existing clients and customers, responding to customer and carrier requests.
  • Accurately manage the document management procedures following proper use of Agency Management System EPIC.
  • Oversee payment of agency billed audits.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing for renewals and new business, verifying billings, policy details, endorsements, and audits for delivery to clients.
  • Draft proposals on behalf of Senior Client Executive, attend renewal meetings, and secure options recommended coverages.
