Lisa Williams has been with Bozzuto Management Company for nearly 30 years. In her current role, she
oversees a team of eight that manages various property management software platforms as well as the
multiple third-party programs utilized by the Bozzuto on-site management teams. These programs
include applicant credit and criminal screening, renters insurance programs, utility billing, lead tracking,
online availability and leasing as well as applicant and resident portals. Lisa also plays an integral role in
vetting all new technology-related initiatives and leads the implementation process of new products and
Lisa has conducted various training classes on topics that include the use of property management
software, budget process and maximizing rents through amenity pricing of units. She provides analytical
reporting to Senior and Regional Managers on applicant, qualifying, leasing and financial data to assist
in day-to-day decision-making and operations. Her team is also responsible for maintaining consistent
policies and procedures within the growing portfolio. Prior to her current position, Lisa held various
positions in management and training at the on-site and corporate level within Bozzuto.
