GREENBELT, MD – March 23, 2017 – Stephanie L. Williams today was honored by the Washington Business Journal as part of their 10th Annual Minority Business Leader Awards. Each year, the Washington Business Journal receives more than 200 nominations. As one of only 25 honorees this year, Williams was selected for her professional excellence, ethics, leadership and community commitment.

Williams is one of the co-founders and co-champions of the Bozzuto Diversity and Inclusion program, which works to welcome and cultivate diversity at every level in the organization. Williams’ commitment aligns with Bozzuto’s goal to support an innovative and positive company culture able to offer residents extraordinary experiences of home and community.

For the last two years, J Turner’s Online Reputation Assessment Power Rankings, published by Multifamily Executive Magazine, listed Bozzuto Management as Top Property Management Company for Online Reputation, a distinction based solely on resident feedback.

Williams is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and the Real Estate Executive Council, and is a member of the 2011 Class of Leadership Greater Washington.

A panel of judges and Washington Business Journal staff evaluated the nominations.
