Bozzuto Construction has been named the 2023 ENR MidAtlantic Contractor of the Year, showcasing its strong performance in multifamily construction across the region.
The company’s rankings on the ENR MidAtlantic Top Contractor list have seen a positive trajectory, currently securing the 15th position while ranked 18 and 21 in the two previous years. In 2022, the company completed 10 projects with 2,213 units and initiated work on 8 new projects with 1,524 units.
Bozzuto Construction’s priority is its employees, with a strong emphasis on well-being, diversity, and inclusion. Last year, the company introduced a series of leadership and training workshops, including the yearlong Bozzuto Construction Foundations program tailored for entry-level professionals. Since their debut, these initiatives have engaged 97% of the workforce.
