Atwell on Spring, a transformative mixed-use development in Silver Spring, Maryland, features 375 apartment homes, including 47 affordable apartments, and nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space anchored by MOM’s Organic Market. This thoughtfully planned community prioritizes resident well-being, neighborhood walkability, and long-term livability. MHN cited the project for its innovative biophilic design, sustainable features, and thoughtful neighborhood integration. Atwell has also earned the 2025 Great American Living Award for Best Mixed-Use Design and Architecture and the 2025 Maryland Building Industry Association Excellence in Multifamily Development Award.
