Chevy Chase Lake received the Silver Award for Best in American Living by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the mixed-use category and was also named the Excellence in Mixed-Use Development winner at ULI Washington’s 2025 Awards for Excellence. The NAHB award celebrates achievement in premier residential design, while the ULI award highlights visionary projects that made a deep impact in their region.
The Laureate won the New Construction Mixed-Use Award from Home & Design’s 2024 Great American Living Awards. This award celebrates projects that excel in combining different land uses.
