Bozzuto Construction Celebrates Groundbreaking of The Marianne in Texas

Bozzuto Construction recently celebrated the groundbreaking of The Marianne, an elevated senior living community in Dallas that will help address the market’s growing need for housing for adults 65 and older. Developed by Harbert South Bay Partners and designed by Arcadis, the community will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care residences, further expanding our expertise in senior housing. As our first project in Texas, The Marianne represents an exciting milestone in our continued national growth.
