Bozzuto Included in 2026 NMHC 50 List

Each year, the National Multifamily Housing Council recognizes the multifamily industry’s leading companies, and we are proud to be included once again, guided by our values and carried forward by the teamwork that shapes everything we do. 

Bozzuto Management reached 8th on the list of Top 50 Managers, up from 9th in 2025, and Bozzuto Construction earned the number 23 spot on the competitive list of Top 25 Builders in the country. The results point to the excellence of our onsite teams along with the regional and corporate teams who help bring every community to life. 

For Bozzuto Management, the ranking reflects strong momentum, including its expanding presence in new and growing markets on the West Coast. Bozzuto Construction Company also continues its national expansion, including its recent entry into Texas, as the team grows its reach and takes on new opportunities in key markets across the country.
