Communities rise to support their members. People rise to meet challenges. Rise by Bozzuto amplifies our impact.
We believe Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral business practice that allows us to effect change and make a positive impact on people’s lives. Rise by Bozzuto, our strategic social impact program, unites Bozzuto employees, residents, partners and clients around a common purpose and provides cohesive ways to give back within our communities.
The core of Rise by Bozzuto revolves around making a tangible difference in communities facing homelessness and housing challenges. Our supporting pillars are youth development and social & environmental impact. Bozzuto employees were influential in choosing these strategic pillars, which serve as the guide for our charitable and philanthropic efforts.
Rise by Bozzuto is inviting the entire Bozzuto network—employees, residents, partners and clients—to take part in our COVID-19 social impact initiatives. As a purpose-driven company, we recognize a shift in needs within our communities due to the effects of coronavirus. Now, more than ever, we have an opportunity to rise together.
By supporting the meaningful work of these incredible nonprofits, we’re able to reach those who need it most and positively impact their lives right now.
The number of Americans relying on food banks rose 55% due to the pandemic—as a result, shelves of food banks within our communities are becoming bare. To do our part, Rise by Bozzuto is rallying the Bozzuto community to support Feeding America, in turn supporting food banks in our neighborhoods. We’re on a mission to donate 50,000 meals.
During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rise by Bozzuto allowed Bozzuto employees to quickly come together to make an impact unlike ever before. From a powerful Feed the Front Lines partnership between sweetgreen and World Central Kitchen to joining A Wider Circle in their nationwide Race to End Poverty—the Bozzuto network collectively contributed $50,000 towards meaningful, philanthropic COVID-19 causes.
