The developer of 100 Park at Wyomissing Square held a grand opening of the apartment complex on Monday.
Wyomissing Square is a mixed-use development on the site of the former Textile Machine Works, which also contains Viva Bistro and Tapas Lounge and Berkshire Professional Center. A Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and 32,000 square feet of retail space also are planned.

Baltimore developer Thomas “Toby” Bozzuto Jr. has been tapped to serve on a state commission overseeing health and higher education facilities.
Gov. Martin O’Malley appointed Bozzuto to a seat on the Maryland Health and Higher Education Facilities Authority. The son of Bozzuto Group CEO Thomas S. Bozzuto replaces Willard Hackerman, CEO of Whiting Turner.

The District plans to finalize financing for Rhode Island Station, a transit-oriented mixed-use development near the Rhode Island Avenue Metro station, with A&R Development Corp. and Urban Atlantic, Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Valerie Santos told a D.C.
