Project included demolition of an existing church sanctuary and new construction of eight floors (116 rental residential units) and a new church sanctuary. Seventy of the units in this mixed-income community are affordable at less than 60% AMI and the remainder of the units are market rate. Twelve units serve the disabled and have project-based Section 8 certificates. vPoint also offers a new underground garage with 120 parking spaces, close proximity to the Arlington metro stop, and a business center and conference room.
