The Key’s Pointe multi-phase redevelopment—formerly known as O’Donnell Heights—is located in Baltimore, MD. Phase 1A of this new mixed-income community completed in spring 2014, and consisted primarily of 76 two-story, slab-on-grade, townhomes with private parking and storage. Phase 2A includes 68 new affordable apartment homes and meeting/office spaces, and will be completed in early 2018. This project required all existing site infrastructure to be demolished, and the site to be brought-to-grade with 24,000 CY import fill. The overall scope also includes the creation of two new public city streets, a number of private alleys, and parking areas.
