The Daley is a new transit-oriented and mixed-use development featuring residential and retail space, located near the Shady Grove Station on the Metro Red Line. The community offers 333 wood-framed apartments (256 market-rate units, 50 moderately priced dwelling units (MPDU’s), and 27 workforce units) of Type V-A construction, 13,100 square feet of indoor amenity space, 17,300 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 441-space precast parking garage. This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
