Development

Odenton Town Center will transform approximately 12 acres of land at the Odenton MARC Station into an innovative transit-oriented development for the surrounding community. The program consists of approximately 300 residences, 20,000 square feet of street-activating retail around a town square, and an 1100 space public parking garage catering to commuters. It is a public-private venture with the Maryland Department of Transportation, as well as Anne Arundel County. Bozzuto is partnered with Osprey Property Company and Baldwin Industries. Commencement of construction is anticipated in 2018, and full delivery is expected to take approximately 30 months.
