As president of Bozzuto Homes, Tom is responsible for the development of a range of for-sale products, including condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Tom held the position of senior vice president with Summit Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for growing their mid-Atlantic portfolio into the largest segment of the company, from 11% of the portfolio in 1996 to 23% of the portfolio in 2000.
A registered architect, Tom earned an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He also attended the National Academy of Architecture in Versailles, France.
As vice president of operations at Bozzuto Homes, Chris is responsible for the operations, land development and construction of all Bozzuto Homes communities with a focus on townhomes and single-family homes. Prior to joining Bozzuto Homes, Chris held the position of executive vice president with Caruso Homes, a regional land developer and builder, where he was responsible for the operations, acquisitions, production and sales for their Maryland and Virginia divisions. He has been actively involved with home construction in the mid-Atlantic region since 1999.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has been actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Maryland, the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland Association of Realtors. Chris currently resides in Baltimore with his wife and two daughters.
