Bozzuto Construction has announced that it has commenced site work on a $42 million condominium development at V Street NW and 15th Street NW in the popular U Street Corridor of Washington, D.C.

Bozzuto Homes begins work on the site of a nine-story condo building at 15th and V NW this month. Construction is expected to start in late summer.
The 96 condominiums at 2011 15th Street NW will be combination of studios, one- and two-bedroom units. The building is expected to be finished in late 2015. The project cost is $42 million, according to Lauren Neuvel, spokesperson for Bozzuto Homes.

When leasing begins this fall at Wisconsin Avenue’s Cathedral Commons, new stores and services will also open there.
Another outpost of Asian-food stalwart Raku will open at the complex, as will Barcelona Wine Bar; iDoc Optical, a Starbucks, and a CVS. Branches of Wells Fargo and SunTrust Banks are also being added.

A new Giant grocery store isn’t the only thing coming to the Cathedral Commons project in Cleveland Park.
