Located at the corner of L Street and New York Avenue NW, the 11-story development is an adaptive re-use of an existing 1929 building on a key prominent site in the Mount Vernon Triangle area. The first two levels of the building house an innovative vertical lift parking system – just the second one in the District – providing 36 spaces, as well as beautifully appointed two-story marble lobby with concierge desk and controlled building access. The condominiums are studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from 474 square feet to 1,071 square feet. New York Avenue was a $32,000,000 project completed in 2015.
