A2 by Anthem House (Anthem House Phase II) is a new five-story mixed-use community, located on Lawrence Street in Baltimore, MD. Project includes the renovation of a detached retail structure and of an existing adjacent 1,600 square foot restaurant. Scope also includes an office space build-out and construction of one concrete podium level below four floors of wood-frame construction, providing 52 apartment units.
