Ainger Place Apartments

Ainger Place is a new mid-rise Enterprise Green affordable community, located in Washington, DC. The scope includes Type V slab-on-grade construction of a 78,000 square foot three-story building with 72 apartment units and ground-floor amenity spaces for residents. Ainger Place was selected by HAND as the 2021 Best Small Affordable Housing Project Award winner.
