The Alder is strategically placed in a master site development called Allston Yards. The community is home to 165 units and approximately 292 below grade parking spaces. The building sits adjacent to New Balance’s Boston Landing campus and directly on the MBTA’s Commuter Rail Line. The building is home to a brand new 68,000 SF Stop & Shop grocery store and an additional 17,000 SF of in-line retail. With over 8,800 SF of amenity space, Alder will provide a clubroom with gaming areas, workspaces, a fitness center, bike storage, and large outdoor terrace with grilling stations.
