Anna Cooper House is an affordable housing community located in Northwest Washington, DC. The project scope includes demolition to the existing four-story, 48-unit (single occupancy) apartment building, except for the facade and part of the stairwells. The interior scope includes Type III reconstruction over SOG. Special requirements for this project include: Residential Wage-Scale, First Source, 35% SBE, Section 3 Businesses, and Section 3 Hiring.
