Arcadia Run

Arcadia Run is a new community in Manassas, VA, built over four different phases. • Phase I included construction of two four-story wood-frame apartment buildings, each consisting of 56 and 96 units, along with 300 new surface parking spaces. • Phase II involved 197,000 square feet of wood-frame residential construction across two four-story buildings to include 160 apartment units. • Phase III included 10,000 square feet of newly constructed amenity space with fitness and weight rooms, a large lounge, conference space, a theater, and a full leasing office. Exterior amenities include a pool, multiuse sports court, fire pit, and children’s playground. • Phase IV includes construction of three new four-story slab-on-grade garden-style apartment buildings with a total of 304 market-rate units.
