This new active adult community is located in the Village at Valley Forge—a recently built, walk-able town center complete with shops, restaurants, LA fitness, and a 24-hour Wegmans store. The project includes new construction of 232 units over a steel-framed podium of garage parking. The 23,000 square feet of amenity space consists of two interior elevated courtyards, complete with a pool, fire pits, grilling areas, and a bocce court. Canvas is the 2018 NAHB Pillars of the Industry Best 55+ Multifamily Development Award Winner.
