Chestnut Square
The new Chestnut Square community, located at 220 E. Chestnut Street, provides residents with many conveniences, including communal entertainment space and parking. This project includes new construction of one large mid-rise apartment building containing 205 rental residential units over two levels of parking garage. The two-level below-grade steel structure parking garage is 140,985 square feet with a total of 334 parking spaces. Chestnut Square also contains over 11,000 square feet of amenity space featuring a cyber-lounge, fitness center, golf simulator, and a relaxing theater room.
