Eleven Parkside is a ground-up project, located at 800 Kenilworth Terrace, NE in Washington, DC. Designed to LEED Gold standards, Eleven Parkside is a new Type 3A, six-story residential building with 191 affordable housing units. This 206,118 square foot project also includes a cast-in-place below-grade parking garage with 85 spaces and ground-level amenities.
