Forest Glen

In January 2021, owner Eagle Point Development and their partners, Stratford Capital Group and Virginia Housing Development Authority announced the official completion of Forest Glen, a newly constructed Type V wood (no podium) four-story senior living community with 119 affordable housing units located in Centreville, VA. After the original building suffered a complete loss due to a fire in May 2018, Eagle Point Development began working with Hooker DeJong, Inc. to design a new, improved and expanded housing option for seniors. Shortly thereafter, Bozzuto Construction was brought onboard to perform preconstruction services, and was awarded the contract for the rebuild.
