Jericho Seniors Reno

Jericho Residences is a four-story, wood-framed community in Landover, MD, featuring 270 active adult apartments—110 affordable and 160 market-rate units. Amenities include a basement-level common area, commercial kitchen, glass-enclosed lounge, chapel, fitness center, business center, and wellness center. The project also added a 1,300-foot walking trail and renovated the historic Waring’s Grove house. Bozzuto Construction later completed renovations to 129 units in 2020.

Multi-story senior living community with a coastal-inspired design, featuring white exterior finishes, large windows, and covered balconies.
