Media West End Flats

Media West End Flats is a 162-unit residential construction project located on a tight site along West Baltimore Avenue, in the borough of Media, PA. This new structure will contain four levels of Type V-A wood-frame, over two levels of steel and concrete. Building amenities include two elevated courtyards on the steel frames podium (one courtyard will feature a pool) and an outdoor lounge and entertainment area located on the top floor.
