N Street Village

N Street Village is a 66-unit (51 apartment units and 15 supportive housing units) community, located in Washington, DC. The scope of the project includes tenant-in-place renovation (half historic) of 66 units including new flooring, painting, cabinets, countertops, accessories, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and light fixtures. Additionally, the scope includes renovation of the N Street Village program space, a roofing replacement, new landscaping, and site furnishings.
