Oakville Triangle

Designed to LEED Silver standards, the new mixed-use Oakville Triangle community includes construction of two new podium buildings with residential, amenity and retail spaces. Building A is a seven-story, 325-unit building consisting of five stories of wood-framed construction (Type IIIA) that sit on top of a two-story concrete podium (Type IA) and a two-story underground parking garage (Type IA). Building B is a seven seven-story, 247-unit building consisting of five stories of wood-framed construction that sit on top of a two-story concrete podium and a two-story underground parking garage.
