Palmer West

The Palmer West project site is in Wynnewood, PA along the dividing line between the City of Philadelphia and Lower Merion Township. The existing site contains the historic Palmer apartment building, which is currently in use and managed by Bozzuto Management Company. The scope includes construction of a new 22-unit building with three stories of wood-framing over one-level of steel and concrete parking garage podium. Amenities will include an open lobby, a conference center, and outdoor communal space.
