The Nine

The Nine at College Park was a two-phase new construction project. Phase I: Renovation of an existing building with a total of 94 units. The current fitness center on the second floor was also converted to a four-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Phase 2: New addition of 77 units that tie into existing building. The structure type is a five-story Versa-Dek.
