The Springs
The Springs is a new five-story, mixed-use, mixed-income 104-unit apartment community located in Arlington, VA. Eighty percent of the apartments are designed for families, with either two or three bedrooms, and 98 of the residences are designated as affordable. The Springs also includes a community room, a business center, a fitness center, underground parking and bicycle storage, and the new headquarters for The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing. Project is Earthcraft Virginia Platinum.
