The Trove

This new apartment community features 401 market-rate units across three separate buildings. All three multifamily buildings include a two-level concrete podium atop five stories of wood-frame construction. Additionally, the site includes a cast-in-place, 10-story parking structure (two stories below-grade), which is wrapped by buildings A and B.
