Uplands Phase 1

The Uplands community is a redevelopment on the west side of Baltimore City, which consists of two phases. The first phase of 178 townhomes and single-family homes will be completed in March of 2018. Bozzuto, Penrose Development and local partners joined forces to create Uplands Visionaries Partnership. In partnership with the Baltimore Housing Authority, the development has transformed the area and is one of the great success stories on the west side of Baltimore, attracting Baltimore residents as well as out of state buyers. The Uplands is a tight knit community with a mixture of first time and move up buyers. The Uplands was a $43,000,000 project completed in 2018.
