West Falls Church
The West Falls development is split into eight parcels between multiple general contractors on its 5.9-acre site. The various development programs include a hotel, apartment community, senior living, and office space. Bozzuto’s scope of work includes the following: Parcel A is a 400-unit, 509-bedroom market-rate apartment building with five levels of wood-framed construction over two levels of cast-in-place below-grade parking, a grocer tenant, and retail space along the east elevation. It is also home to plush amenity areas, two interior courtyards, and a pool. Parcel D2 is a detached four-story precast parking garage with over 600 parking spaces across .65 acres. Exterior finishes include fiber cement siding, aluminum balconies, vinyl windows, metal panels, and storefront on multiple elevations.
