Westminster Church

Westminster Church Condos is an 84-unit project located at the current home to Westminster Presbyterian Church. This condominium will face the Duck Pond on Mackemie St SW, with approximately 20,000 square feet designated to a black box for the Church and 105 affordable units above the Church to be developed by Dantes Partners and Bozzuto Development Company. The site is one block from the Waterfront Metro (less than a mile from Federal Center Metro and L’Enfant Plaza Metro), Safeway grocery store, three blocks from the recently opened District Wharf development and approximately one mile from Nationals Park and the new DC United Stadium at Buzzard Point.
