Woodbine

Located in Chester County, the new Woodbine community is comprised of 218 apartment units across three four-story slab-on-grade buildings. The project scope also includes surface parking lots with individual nine-car garages along the perimeter. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard (centered between the buildings) with patios and a pool area. Woodbine was selected by ABC Eastern Pennsylvania as the winner of their 2021 Excellence in Construction Award – in the Best Residential $10 Million and Over category.
