September 7, 2021

Bozzuto Expands West with Modern Communities in Prime Locations in California and Seattle, Partnering with Longstanding Clients Heitman, Invesco and Boston Properties

WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 19, 2021) – Bozzuto, the #1-rated* property management company in the nation, has officially opened its doors and is welcoming its newest residents at four new West Coast communities. The company, whose mission is to create sanctuary, announced plans to expand earlier this year. Residents who are eager to experience Bozzuto’s five-star service can now find it at the newest Bozzuto-managed communities:

To help expand existing client relationships and bring the Bozzuto experience west, the company hired Heather Wallace as Managing Director of Client Services in January 2021. Based in Northern California, Wallace will continue to play a pivotal role in helping the company build a national presence and refine its business development strategy, as it seeks to bring its award-winning service to new markets.

“We are honored and grateful for the immense trust that our clients have in our ability to create sanctuary for residents across the country,” said Wallace. “It’s a true testament to the power of relationships, which is the foundation our company was built upon. We believe that by always doing the right thing – for our clients, customers, associates and partners – we will continue to deliver the very best in class service at every single community we manage.”

Bozzuto is known for its elegance and style, and the company aspires to allow its residents to experience effortless living. At Bozzuto-owned and managed buildings, you will find world-class amenities, as well as experienced and talented team members who deeply believe in the mission and what this means to their residents. Bozzuto is a different kind of real estate company, one that truly puts people first.

As Bozzuto continues to grow and expand to new markets, the company is also on the search for top talent. As a company that steadfastly believes in leading with integrity, Bozzuto is known for its culture of kindness and inclusive policies as much as it is for providing extraordinary experiences and top-notch service for their residents.

“Bozzuto is hyper-focused on creating a sense of belonging for our residents, which first comes from fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for our associates. We are proud of the rich culture we have built over our 33 years, and we look forward to welcoming home our newest residents and team members on the West Coast,” said Bozzuto Management Company President Stephanie L. Williams.

* Bozzuto was named the #1 Property Management Firm in 2017 and 2020 by NAHB and has been ranked #1 by its residents every year since 2015 by J Turner Research. Additionally, the company has been named a Top Workplace by The Washington Post for the past six years, ranking in the top three for the past two years.
