We believe Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral business practice that allows us to effect change and make a positive impact on people’s lives. Rise by Bozzuto, our strategic social impact program, unites Bozzuto employees, residents, partners and clients around a common purpose and provides cohesive ways to give back within our communities.
The core of Rise by Bozzuto revolves around making a tangible difference in communities facing homelessness and housing challenges. Our supporting pillars are youth development and social & environmental impact. Bozzuto employees were influential in choosing these strategic pillars, which serve as the guide for our charitable and philanthropic efforts.
By supporting the meaningful work of these incredible nonprofits, we’re able to reach those who need it most and positively impact their lives right now.
We are proud to share that during our Cans for Change initiative our associates and residents came together and collectively donated the equivalent of 122,000 meals to individuals and families in need. By volunteering at local food banks, joining hunger walks and collecting thousands of non-perishable food items, we have made a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) share a common goal alongside Rise by Bozzuto: to create a lasting impact. This past year, Rise and our ERGs have collaborated to create meaningful philanthropic opportunities for our associates across the country. From fundraising money for Breast Cancer Awareness to volunteering at food banks, our ERGs went above and beyond to make a difference.
In our fifth year of Rise by Bozzuto, we united around the word impact and committed to creating meaningful change in the communities where we live, work and play. This focus guided every initiative we took on and strengthened our mission in powerful ways.
A few key moments from 2025 are being A Wider Circle’s premier sponsor for Home Reimagined, donating more than 3,000 backpacks to the Boys and Girls Clubs, providing 122,000 meals for families in need and creating career days for the teens of the Boys and Girls Club. We are grateful for the time, passion and dedication of our teams, residents and champions to make a true impact.
The impact of Rise by Bozzuto simply would not be possible without our dedicated Community Champions. This group of just over 70 remarkable leaders represents teams from across our entire organization. They spark initiatives in their regions, engage fellow associates, residents, and partners, and build meaningful relationships with local organizations to help bring the long-term vision of Rise to life. They lead with heart, and their passion is what drives our mission forward.
