Chaz joined the Bozzuto Retail Team in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in mixed-use property management with Bozzuto Management Company. His expertise is rooted in transitioning joint venture urban construction projects into operations as a Building Engineer in the Baltimore area, where he collaborated closely with developers, general contractors, and property management teams to ensure the highest standards in project delivery.

As a Senior Retail Tenant Construction Manager, Chaz currently oversees retail tenant buildouts across Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York, and Massachusetts. On any given day, he manages a wide range of responsibilities, from commercial lease negotiations to troubleshooting and problem-solving on active construction projects.

Chaz’s hands-on engineering background, combined with his extensive experience working alongside various trades and partners, has enabled him to excel in his role. His deep understanding of the construction process and commitment to seamless collaboration ensures successful outcomes for every project.
