Kate Becker

Kate Becker, Vice President of Client Services, oversees client relations and business development initiatives in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Midwest. Kate joined Bozzuto in 2017 and brings a keen attention to detail to her role, ensuring every opportunity to improve a property’s positioning is considered. Before her role on the Client Services team, Kate served as Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Development, overseeing the branding and marketing strategy for new developments from the point of conception through leasing.

Kate has led the brand development and launch efforts for dozens of real estate developments throughout the Northeast and Midwest–an experience that has provided her with expert insights into the dynamics of these markets, including target demographics, strategic differentiation, and the development pipeline. Before joining Bozzuto, Kate directed marketing strategies at CENTURY 21 New Millennium and rental brokerage Urban Igloo, working for six years to drive leads to many regional and national multifamily operators. She has also worked at MDB Communications, managing local and national advertising campaigns.
