Preconstruction Manager, Bozzuto Construction Company
Timothy (Tim) Burt is responsible for the initial budgeting and planning of projects during preconstruction, which includes managing the line item budget, as well as Value Engineering efforts.
Tim joined the Bozzuto team in 2015 as a Project Engineer with three years of industry experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland.
