I love it here. My only complaint is that sometimes the hallways smell like marijuana despite this being a nonsmoking property.

Terrible construction quality — I can hear neighbors talking from both sides, and footsteps coming from above all day. Bars in the back go wild even on weekdays, absolutely horrible quality of life
