Apartment was clean and move in ready upon arrival. Truly walking distance to everything you need, and everything else is within a 10 minute drive. Amenities are kept up and in good shape. Plenty of covered parking. Staff is friendly.

Perfect location! Service and support couldn't be better. Just wish that something could be done about the truck noise in the back service street. Also, the parking deck's power backup generator could be better insulated for less noise when it runs.

I love the staff and really appreciate the security as well as the ongoing functions Mariner Bay hosts for the residents. Wish you all had a real service elevator as it can sometimes take so long to get one. Being in the heart of ATC is a plus.
